Founded in Poland by Piotr Maciaszek, Karol Pasternak, and Ola Niepsuj, LUDISM pulls Slavic legends off the page and into your home. Syrenka the mermaid, Boruta the trickster, Marzanna; each one hand-painted in pressed wood, becoming candleholders, incense burners, bookends. Geometric patterns and colour gradients inspired by ancient folklore turn forgotten myths into functional sculptures that own whatever surface they occupy. Working with artisanal craft and refusing to repeat a piece twice, LUDISM lets old magic speak through modern form.
