The icebreaker was created with Madrid bartender and ice sculptor Santi Ortiz, whose fascination with ice has led him to spend years studying, teaching, and shaping the material. With its broad blade and substantial weight, The Icebreaker is designed to split blocks of ice cleanly before turning its attention to citrus, herbs, and other cocktail essentials.
