The Stars Have Reached a Verdict Earrings

As a Frenchie, I just couldn't resist this one. The brilliant Scarlett Poon turns one of our history's most infamous inventions into a statement earring, with a touch of dark humour and a hell of a lot of glamour.

Hand-fabricated from brass sheet and chain, the piece features a tiny figure suspended beneath a guillotine frame, watched over by two stars. Constructed in two main sections, the blade can be raised and lowered using a functioning chain mechanism that hooks neatly onto the side of the frame, bringing the miniature scene to life.
